CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
All Stylists leasing space at Mane Collective are independent contractors and in control of their own business, schedule and appointments. The information below summarizes the cancellation policies that each Stylist wishes to enforce within their own books or business. All appointments require having a credit card on file to hold the appointment. All appointments require 48 hours advanced notice for cancellation or changes. If you cancel or change your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will automatically be charged a non refundable fee of 50% of your your appointment. If you choose to no show/no call, you will automatically be charged a non refundable fee of 100% of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment and will be charged a non refundable fee of 50% of your appointment. If for some reason you do not have a credit card on file to be charged, you will be required to pay the owed balance before booking a new appointment.
NEW EXTENSION POLICY
All new installations of extensions require a nonrefundable retainer. Your nonrefundable retainer will allow you to schedule your installation appointment and for your Stylist to customize the extension hair for your appointment. If the installation appointment needs to be rescheduled, your retainer is transferable on a one-time basis to the new date (date must be rescheduled within six (6) months). If installation appointment is cancelled without rescheduling or cannot be timely rescheduled after one cancellation, your retainer will be forfeited. We understand circumstances out of your control can arise and cause the occasional reason to cancel. All Stylists try their hardest to work with patience and understanding. Each independent Stylist is in control of their own bookings and schedule and will make the decision to charge for cancellations as they see fit based on their business.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENT & REFUND POLICY
At Mane Collective, all services are non-refundable. However, your experience and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and we are committed to ensuring you love your hair.
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 5 days of your original appointment so we have the opportunity to evaluate your concerns and determine the best course of action. Requests made after this timeframe may not qualify for a complimentary service adjustment.
To ensure the best possible outcome, all service adjustments must be completed by the original stylist, as they are most familiar with your hair, your consultation, and your desired result. Qualifying adjustments performed by the original stylist will be completed at no additional charge.
If you prefer to see a different stylist or a salon educator for your adjustment, additional service charges may apply and will be discussed during your consultation.
Please note that any changes to your original service request, including new color goals, additional lightening, haircuts, treatments, or other services not included in the initial consultation, are considered new services and will be charged at our standard pricing.
